If your defination of "occasional" means every once a week and maybe some more after a few days, well, you will be in trouble of gaining excess fat. If in the case that you are having it once every couple of months and that you are physically fit and consuming lots of healthy food such as vegetables, whole grains, nuts and all the rest of the healthy and nutritional food on most other days, you will be fine and have less worry on gaining the excess fat. Always remember to go for at least a 90 minute walk after indulging in those fatty foods.
