To do this, you need to position yourself on the hamstring machine, with your stomach facing downwards. Place both your feet below the attached weights and with your hands holding onto the grips. While holding on to the grips, raise both of your legs and bring your feet towards your buttocks.

If you are using an exercise bike, you should try to paddle while standing up and paddle as fast as you can. If you are swimming, paddle your legs then you are doing a back stroke. Alternate between jogging and brisk walking for a duration of 30minutes and do this three times a week will do a lot to trim your thighs to the desired shape.
